This project was a comprehensive renovation of a 20 year old condominium. The revitalized project emphasizes versatility, with spaces adaptable for a range of activities including meetings, dinner parties, movie and sports viewing, as well as providing dedicated private spaces for quieter times for focused work and relaxation.
This home, a striking renovation project, has given new life to a penthouse through close collaboration with the owner. The vision for a peaceful retreat amidst the vibrant urban setting was realized through a meticulous transformation. We embarked on a comprehensive approach,that stripped the unit to its basic framework before reconstructing it entirely. Every aspect, from the floors to the walls and ceilings, received extensive enhancements to amplify air tightness, thermal efficiency, material sustainability, and sound insulation. The resulting space boasts a serene minimalist aesthetic, adorned with a quiet neutral color scheme that perfectly encapsulates the client's desire for tranquility within the urban core.
